  I will never step foot into this doctors office again unless it's to sign a medical release to have my records sent somewhere else . My fiancé had a work injury and had a blowout on his pinky finger , he needed a work restriction so I scheduled him an appt . He had seen dr. Sprengelmeyer who did not give him any restriction at all and did not even glance at his finger let alone listen to his pain level or his concern ! She was in the room for maybe two minutes ! He was referred to a hand specialist where the genesis office gave them the wrong phone number to contact him , then the specialist called back to see if he had a secondary contact info (which he does it is me!) and they told him he does not. So not only does he have to wait a week to get into the specialist now when he could have gotten in the next day , he has to go into work and risk the possible infection from dust, chemicals , and heat swelling . There is no doubt about the fact that I would never ever take a loved one here . The staff and the lady doctor are horrible , they do not care about your medically needs at all! Dr Charles is amazing but I wouldn't even risk it with the staff they would probably transfer your records to China and never get ahold of you , that's how much confidence I have in them !!!
